Hi everyone,
Just looking for a bit of advice. Moorgate have been chasing me for 4 years re two debts. Only 2 years to go until SB.
One of the debts was a Bank of Scotland card who transferred the account to MBNA. Eventually the MBNA card was defaulted on and I stopped paying. The question is, Moorgate have sent me a copy of the original BOS application and T&Cs from MBNA. I have asked for a true copy of the agreement and they have not supplied it. Can I insist on a true copy.
The MBNA T&C's were obviously sent well after the original agreement and there is no T&Cs from BOS so I think that the agreement was not executed properly at the start. The original app makes no reference to prescribed terms either.
