sorry, I am sure that this has been covered many times before, but back in Feb 2016 I was issued with court claim by Lowells for shop direct account. I followed the advice on here and requested a CCA to be sent. Today I received a letter back ( after 6 months) just enclosing a statement and covering letter saying CCA is being chased up and will come in due course, but in the meantime I should contact Lowells to try and agree a payment plan for consideration or they will proceed with claim.
1 Do I write back and say I am still waiting for CCA .?
2 There are lots of admin charges shown on the statement -are these re claimable( obviously only if the matter goes any further)
