  • ending a PCP early - VT

Hi, I was wondering if I could get some advice please.

I got my car in January 2015 and have nothing but problems and feel like its jinxed lol I financially wont be able to afford it soon either. I am on a PCP deal with 3 options at the end of the contract (due to end January 2018), which are either give the car back, get a new car from the same garage with a deposit, or keep paying until the car is mine, but I want to give it back ASAP.

I am well under my mileage allowance, paid a £200 deposit (with a part ex of my old car which was also from the same garage so round about £500), pay £199 a month and so far I am bang on half way through my contract (I do not know if I am financially half way through it due to the 3 options at the end).

Can I VT immediately? I have read my contract terms and conditions but cannot make sense of it! Going to give the finance company a ring on Monday but just wanted some advice here

    Thanks

    Sarah
