    Help needed please - CCJ Cabot Financial

    Hi all,

    I have Received a claim and would like some advice please.

    Issue Date: 02 June 2016

    Amount approx: £3646

    Claimant: Cabot Financial (UK) Limited

    Solicitor: Mortimer Clarke Solicitors Ltd

    Original Creditor: Lloyds Bank

    Particulars of Claim:
    Is the debt Statute Barred? Don't know!
    List any letters you have sent: Previous reminders but thought. It might be a scam!
    Any Other Info: This is on my credit report and I would like o
    it to be sorted so it doesnt affect my credit rating.
