  • Help needed: Robinson Way and old Nationwide and Santander Bank Accounts

    Hi All,

I have just discovered this fantastic website as I am in need of some advice with two old bank accounts.

Firstly I received a letter this morning stating that my old Nationwide bank account debt of £360 has been assigned to HPH2 (Hoist Portfolio) as of 04/04/16 and I should direct all payments to Robinson Way. The debt is due to drop of my file in November this year and I have never acknowledged the debt.

Secondly Robinson Way are chasing an old Santander Bank Account of £550 which is not on my Credit record and the last payment towards the debt was in 2007. Please also note that both bank accounts are mainly made up of bank charges.

My question is should I just let it run and wait for them to do something or is there a letter I can send them.

    Thank you in advance
