  • Capquest/Link Financial- negotiating a repayment plan

    Hello everyone,
I've been looking through the forums trying to find some advice on negotiating affordable repayments for my student loans from 1997/98/99. I'm dealing with Link Financial who have told me that the loan defaulted in 2014 and Capquest who i haven't spoken to but am getting text messages from. Link have sent me and income and expenditure form to fill in but i'm not sure that is the best way to go ahead- can anyone offer any advice or direct me to a relevant thread? I do want to tackle this as I want to get a mortgage and am worried about the implications of this debt, and recently Link have started called my work place to get hold of me!
