    Hello,
i have been hiding from debt for a long time after a messy divorce and making stupid decisions.
I had a look at my credit files TUesday and can see 2 registered Ccj,s ,both uncontested because I buried my head.
ONe I am paying £30 pm after a bailiff came to door and my young son let him in ,I had to barter down to £30 pm to get him out.The debt was with Sherforce and last year Cci legal bought it but I have no paperwork at all bar they were taking it over.i have kept payments up and don,t hear from them.
The second ccj is with Lowell although Bryan Carter also write to me,again I have been burying my head.Ok on credit file the Lowell Ccj registered default date is October 2011 and then a further default has been registered April 2016 for the same debt, both are showing Lowell but 2 weeks ago had letter from Bryan Carter regarding debt.
I have not acknowledged debt but am going a bit loopy with it all really especially my inability to sort it out.
Can I get the second default removed for the same debt they registered in 2016 so my original default date stays at 2011.?
In about a week I possibly will have funds to cover the Ccj which stands at £666.00 but worry if I pay it the default will still be there from 2016.
Can anybody advise me on best course of action to take please?
    Thank you.
