Hi there, I have been employed by my employer for 5 years. Last year I had 9 months off sick due to longstanding depression that my employers are aware of. I also fell and broke my arm badly whilst I was off requiring surgery. Prior to my return to work I explained In a meeting about my needs because it was my dominant hand and I do an office job. They explained when I returned to work I would need an access to work assessment. I returned to work nov 2015 and had the access to work assessment in January and I still do not have the special equipment needed to do my job and I am really struggling. I raised it with HR who finally ordered it me last week but it won't be with me until the end of the month. Some of the recommendations in the assessment have also been not accepted. I'm struggling in pain every day and being given more and more work to complete. Is there anything that I could do? I don't want to go off sick again. Thanks in advance
