hi all if anyone can help me im in a very tricky situation and have no idea too rectify it
it all started when me and a friend went too an 02 store in Deepdale preston and sat with the same advisor upon sitting with this advisor I opened a sim only contract in my name at 18 month and he did a upgrade on his existing contract since 2011 2 weeks later my friend rang 02 too pay his bill too be told he wasn't the account holder and he wasn't known too 02 at all and he has had his contract sine 2011 he found this strange then I had the same problem I rang too pay my bill too be told I have 5 outstanding bills I have all my friends accounts in my name and im liable for defaults on non payment and and im liable for the payments on these 5 acconts this has now got a lot worse as I tied too take out a loan for personal reasons too be told I cant have when I have had this loan before bearing in mind the advisor told me I was in default with my moretgage WTF I don't have a mortgage im disabled living with my 2 children I was advisd too look n my credit file so I did only too find out all my friends debts are all in my name mortgage loans credit everything wot do I do do I take legal action can someone advise me I cant get credit anywhere and need help thanks for reading
