Hello and thanks for allowing me to become a member of this site,
2 days ago I received a CCJ for just under 4000, they are demanding 50 a month for this however, I have never spoken to, written to or acknowledged this or any other debt to Lowell, I cannot remember who this debt is with, looking on the noddle site It states that I have 3 other accounts with Lowell (all less than 1000), I defaulted on these accounts back in early 2014, what I want to know is what do I do? how do I approach this? I cannot afford to pay £50 a month as I am a full time Student (mature),
Any input is gratefully received.
