  • can someone advise me on how to deal with Cabot financial?

hI ALL, I owed some money to a credit card company ,several years ago.
I arranged to pay off a token amount , on a monthly basis, as I have limited funds. The payment is made each month, by standing order from my bank, and I have never missed any payments.
Just lately, I have recieved a letter from Cabot financial, ( presumeably they are now dealing with the debt) stating that I have not kept up with the payment plan , that my payments have not been recieved on time, and saying that they will contact the credit reference bureau. .They are saying that if i continue to miss payments, the account will be registered as a defaulted account and i will have to pay the ful balance. I have never missed any payments , like i said the money goes out each month by standing order. They want to talk to me, but i am afraid to.Please help me. Any advice will be much appreciated
