  • Company not doing their job so we rang up and got award, now am worried..

We started with Claims4Refund and they won 2 cases and we paid them out, no problem. I know you have to pay but am disabled and it was easier to do it through them.

There is still 3 open cases which are doing nothing and they said if we dont hear will pass onto the ombudsman, they are a lazy company, cant get through to anyone to speak to... we asked for the cases to be closed.. they still havent.. they have closed cases that do have ppi on as well... on both mine and husbands.

So i rang up one of the credit cards they not heard from and within 12 days have sent us a letter saying they owe us money..

So now i am in a quandry.. claims4 not pushed it.. they seem to be bothered with easy cases only.. do i still have to pay 30 percent for not doing the job right, or just confused now..but i rang mbna and got the money back with husband not claims 4, email doesnt work for them.. bounces back, i have left phone calls and no calls come back or its a youngster say we will pass it on and nothing..

wished to god never started all this ppi stuff.. its causing me more stress by going through them .,, or if they want 30 percent do i say take me to court for it

any advvice would be helpful and can we close the other three claims, can they charge for that and if so how much..
