Hi I am new to site I am in a iva since April 2014 and aside paying a monthly a out I pay reestons solicitors a monthly amount for a ccj back in Nov 2007 with charges added for interim charges land registry and also a charging order charge to the account before the ccj the added a collection charge of 1176 .34 the again in October 2009 so for initial ccj amount owing 8600.36 they added collection charge 1176.96 added to 7.060.35 so thus in total it as grown by an extra 2353.92 so imagen my surprise where in Jan 2014 a statement from hfc show balance of 131.18 and statement from reestons shows 854.70 as I was going to finish off the balance and get the charging order taken off now currently owe 354.30 and have come across on debt wannabe site that these collection. Charges are not legal wondering any advice please thanks
