Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.

Back in 2009-2011, First Direct (HSBC) decided to close our account. Because of the amount of overdraft and Credit Card debt, I couldn't pay off quickly and went into default. To cut a long story short, sometime in July 2011 I received a notice from the land registry saying that they have obtained an order for my property. In a state of panic I borrowed monies and paid it off before it went to court. However, we recently looked at a credit report and found that there is a CCJ for this credit card debt. I don't understand what went wrong? I paid it off, my current account statement says I have paid DG solicitors £6,434 on the 10/08/11 before the court date?

Please help! I don't know what I need to do next.
