i am new to this site, so thank you anyone for reading my post.
I rec a Noitce of issue of warrant of control on Friday afternoon, it is with regard to a ccj from PRA Group. I sent forms back to ccbus centre to say i would defend the claim, i didn't receive anything back till i have a letter to say i had a ccj.
i have since been trying to get legal advice on what i should do then this warrant turns up.
I have filled in a N244 & N245 form, would this be the right thing to do to try to suspend the warrant? also do i send it to Northampton or to the court the ballif is at?
also is it worth me trying all this or not? the charge has gone from 3900 to 6100, i don have nay spare money after all my outgoings as i am struggling at he moment. Any advice greatly appreciated.
