Hi, new to the forum so looking for help, i contacted Nat West regading a Advantage Gold charged account i had from 1999 - 2010, basicley that i was mis sold this account and that some of the advantages offered, ie preferential loan rates and preferential foreign currency rates where never competitive, plus further benifits where never fully explained, however my question is that the Bank has replied and basicley they are saying under FCA rules my compaint has exceeded the time limit of 6 years and therefore cannot be investigated , are these facts true ?
