  • CSA -Outstanding and more

    Hello everyone
Bit of advise please. My ex while working fell into arrears with my payments approx. £1600. He changed employer and his new employer didn't pay CSA direct.
He now claims to have stopped working (this is very very unlikely) so all payments have stopped.
1: Can I privately pursue him though the courts for the outstanding amount which should of been paid via the CSA ?
(I know this will be at my expense).
2: He now claims not to work and the CSA simply take his word for this, how can I find out if he is working ? He lives in a different city and does not use social media etc.
    Thanks
