Employer wanting to change my days of work....
Good afternoon, My employer has completed a maternity risk assessment and decided that due to risk I can not continue in my current role. They have offered me a different role but this will mean I have to work different days, which has a massive impact on my current childcare arrangements. Can they just do this? Kind Regards,Alex
