I have an overdraft with Halifax, that spiralled out of control because of a returned direct debit. Now I have these leeches on my back (Lowell/Carter). I've sent the letter to Carter and disputed the court claim. My question is this: is it possible to have a SB on an overdraft with a bank, or not? I have been following posts from others on the forum, but were credit cards/loan agreements. Thank you so much for all the help and advice on here. Joolz
