Hi, this is my first post so here goes!!
I closed my dorothy perkins account a few months ago having paid off the balance and having the account for around 11 years or so. I have read several posts on here and was wondering how to go about claiming PPI as I was never made aware that I would have to pay this as well as my monthly payments.
It is Newday that now are in control, being previously Santander and GE before them, I think .
I think that the PPI was paid to genworths. I don't really have any paper work perhaps a few old statements etc. Although I have emailed Newday for a statement of my account, as this was recommended on another site.
Please help! I have never claimed before so don't really know what to do
