    Hi everyone please can any one help me wuthe the provlem i have please>
    we have a mortgage with rooftop mortgages and have had it for 20 years they say every 3 months the libour has gone up again i pay 5.5% interest the libour rate is nowhere near that amount. I have arrear i was off work ill due to meducle neglance my solicitors are acting but are very slow so they get more money.
    We borrowed 300k 20 years ago interest only now to redeam they want 380k
    they have charged 16k for extra legals fee extra interest 16k
    plus loads of other charges.
    Now people keep ringing me informing me abour the libour rate con.
    Whats is going on please with rooftop do i have a claim
    ppi rooftop will not tell me if this is included in my payments
    rooftop told me friday ask to many question thet will inform evection against us.
    Ibcome support where helping me as i was sick then they said as i am 62.5 i am retired and have to get pension credit to pay. Pension credit said they will not pay as i have been overpaid. I only got £98 a week to pay for all bill and food etc plus thet hekped with mortgage a tittle i have been selling all my personal things to pay the interest every month.
    Who is correct am i being conned by rooftop if i am who can i turn to for help please
