I have a massive problem I have court fines from the magistrates I was unaware that my payments had been stopped to them I revived the letter Wednesday of last week and I phone the next day as I didn't want it to be passed to collectors/bailiffs but when I phoned I was told I was 28 days over due on the letter it says 14.april.2014 I had treys to explain that I'd only just revived the letter the day before but there was nothing I could do my debt is only £1350.00 but iv been told I have to pay £51.56 a week. I can't afford this as myself and my partner are unemployed and also my partner only has 5 weeks left of her pregnancy I have said this to the collection agents (collectica) but the reply I get is (I DONT WANT TO HERE ABOUT YOUR LIFE IM HERE TO DO A JOB AND COLLECT MONEY I DONT WANT TO NO YOUR OTHER PROBLEMS) witch I find quit upsetting I have be diagnosed with depression and I take tablets for this what can I do someone please help I have the collectors coming to the door on the 30th of May witch they have a notice of enforcement HELP HELP HELP PLEASE...
