Hi all,
I stumbled across this site last night whilst trying to get my head around the statute of limitations, in particular how it relates to overdrafts. From what I read in the thread I came across, I fear I may be opening a can of worms :tinysmile_hmm_t2:
I have recently received a claim form from Northampton bulk center so I'll post my situation in the Claim Form Thread.
I have never been in any debt before so I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer.
