Hi All, I was pointed to these forums from the Money Saving Expert forums due to an issue I have with a (I believe) Statute Barred Debt and 1st Credit - specifically the point when a debt becomes Statute Barred and a 2012 ruling they believe is revolutionizing the claims environment.
