Hi Costs against Me?!

Just been to the County Court as a leasehold property I own the managment charge was late; tried to pay but payment was rejected.

Managed to pay via BACS before Hearing so no Judegment but Claimant was awarded Costs (£2.5k!).

What are my options; appeal etc?

Can Costs be enforced?
