Hi guys, first time on a forum like this but so far seems very educational. I have joined because of a prob I have with...you guessed it Welcome Finance. lol.
The FOS are putting a complaint to welcome for PPI dating 2004 but I have another two loans which date back to 2002 and the FOS only started regulating in 2003. They have asked me to get the insurer for the PPI before 2003 to try and persue them.......this is very tricky as welcome dont seem to know or wont tell me!!! Can anyone here help with this info????
Also I believe one of the reasons I was miss sold PPI is due to a medical condition at the time.....I'am type 1 diabetic and from what I understand the PPI would not cover me anyways, can anyone confirm this??
