I have something of a history of suing companies for poor service and defective goods including MBNA, Dixons Retail Group (DRG, Currys, PC World etc), HSBC Card Services, HSBC Bank, Fotoprocessing, Furniture retailers etc.
I also have frequent 'run ins' with various Benefit Agencies (girocheques etc), Car Parking Partnership ( A civil parking charge recovery firm), etc.
I am para legal with experience also in Tenancy Enforcement and Anti-social Behaviour matters.
I've never lost a case yet and my advice is freely available on receipt of a PM or email direct at karlstone@talktalks.net (leave out the last s, in talktalks - it is there to stop spam email address auto harvesters)
