I have asked a credit card company to send me a financial assessment form as my circumstamces have changed. I have been made redundent. I have been asked to provide proof ofall income, benefits paid, 3 weekly/monthly salary slips and bank statement. I would have thought that my documents were private and confidential. I am not comfortable in sending any documents out. Is this compulsory?

Any advice would be appreciated.
