Newbie needing advice...

Hi all,

I am seeking some advice...I am currently living in India and have been informed from home that my debt hasd been referred to Triton credit services (1880 pounds) as I did not meet my debt management plan with Ulsterbank.

Please can someone advise me...I am thinking of declaring myself bankrupt (I have other debt in the UK) but I am unsure if I can do this from India.

Additionally, does anyone know if Triton would accept a debt payment plan...would they put on a lot of interest?
