hey guys im trying to get as much good (and avg to poor) pre judgement docs like Particulars of Claim, Amended Particulars of Claim, witness statement, Reply and Defence to Counterclaim, (even defence from other side), trial bundle, statement of case etc - to popular my db besides just case law - as i feel this is where people (LIP) suffer the most as said docs are not writtento the courts 'level' even though they should treat LIPs many may not - hence if ppl could provide me with examples esp on discrimination and victimisation (and defence) esp on race and disability (but equality act is great too in general) - please do help me out! I'm hoping this db will at near solicitor level that it would save costs for LIPS where only minor checks need to be done - but via machine learning it will better with more and more data (good but also but bad examples) So hey - S
