    Land Registry FR1 Application HELP

    Hi, I am completing an application for a small parcel of land that adjoins my property, I have checked with Land registry, and they have confirmed that there are no records or ownership for this parcel of land. The land has no value as its adjacent to a single-track road, however a neighbour has decided to use it for dumping rubbish and occasional parking. I would therefore like to take ownership of the parcel of land. My question is do I need to declare this type of information on the FR1 application in section 11 "Disclosable overriding interests" and section 12 "Certificate".
