I am looking for some advice regarding my TFL license.
I have applied some 9 months ago and have passed all the assessments, attended all medicals and had numerous correspondences with them.
I have had to complete a DBS twice as they stated the rules had changed in the time it had taken to process my application - I have no convictions but adhered to their demands again at further costs.
Each time they come back with an additional medical query despite my Dr stating i am fit to work.
The latest request had my Dr stating that they had provided everything and they had no concerns.
They have now come back again requesting clarification on medical conditions addressed several times but added asthma and an occasion of back pain (several years ago and not repeated) as further medical evidence they would like checked.
Their demands are costly and in my view and my Dr's unnecessary and nonsensical.
I have no medical reason not to drive or work.
I am confident that they are obstructing me at every opportunity and will not award me my license.
Can you advise on how I would challenge them?
