Hello. Black Belt Barrister Customer Experiences?

Has anyone here used the Black Belt Barrister You Tube page, paid advice thing? I have been unable to find a civil rights solicitor, I cant get past the receptionist (anyone else having trouble? Is there any knack to writing a good email to them - you'd think they's want paid work);
BBB's own chambers charge 250 pounds upwards;
Then there's other legal paid sites such as Law Hive - are they any good, or a waste of money?
Barrister Daniel Barnett on LBC Radio / YTube...he seems v competent
