my 13 year old autistic child stole about 192 pounds from marks and spencer and got away i think the police have been called but he has punished himself mentally he binned the items hasn't been eating or drinking recently and is so worried about getting arrested he is currently stressed about his school transition next year and staff know he stole we haven't paid marks and spencer for the stolen items will he be arrested and for how long we are so worried for him his DBS and his future please somone tell me what will happen.
