I had a power cut last week and an engineer came out, to fix the electric's after he fixed the electric's there was a detection on my, carbon monoxide metre, it was bleeping, I called the gas helpline, and a company called Cadent arrived and there was Carbon Monoxide present, myself and the people in the flat were evacuated, I waited 6 hour's outside with no food or water. I went off at 3:30 am and came back at 5:30 am as I was really annoyed the fire service and Cadent were not there, and I saw a resident walk into the property so I walked in, how can I get compensation, for what has happened and what I am entitled to, as I and the people in the property could have died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning, any help would be great cheer's.
