Went on one of the car insurance places and I was surprised that the person I spoke to saying that I had an accident in 2018.
I checked with the person, and she checked again but said that the accident was an "at fault claim."
I then phoned the previous insurance provider, and they said that the accident started off as an at fault claim, but was changed to a "non fault claim." It would seem that the provider didn't update the claim.
I then received an email with a letter from the previous provider saying that the claim was a non-fault claim.
The provider I was just about to sign with said that they couldn't accept this.
What do I do now.
