  • PRA DEBTS

Hi.I have been paying in to DPP by PAYPLAN since 2017. have 6 debtors all tranferred to PRA GROUP short before i started this payment plan. I make very small payments towards it but recent months due to health issues I cannot work and struggling even with these payments. looking through the web for some solutions I found this forum. must say for the first time I heard about unenforceable debt! I would like to take steps to find out by asking them for my CCA but I'm concerned that this would initiate some trouble for me as my debtors have never been chasing me with calls or letters during my payment plan since the start. My debts are not pre 2007, does that mean even unenforceable they can take me to court and send bailiff if i refuse to make further payments? i just started to read through the entries here, intended to see everyone's experiences so far but if you have any advice for me to decide either sending CCA request letters or not, i am ready to listen. i just don't want to complicate things if i stand no chance of ending further payments. Good day to all.
