  • Help, Mortimer Clarke

I managed to out wait my debt from 2011 until today. Mortimer Clarke are claiming one of my debts(eggcard/Cabot) has a ccj secured against my property on 16/05/2011 and are looking to enforce it. We lost the house in 2012 and sold it to a housing association to clear the mortgage and have rented the house ever since. Will the ccj be enforceable even though the property isn't ours or will they have to re-apply for a new ccj and could it be defended using Statute of Limitations?.
