shoplifting and face reveel to store staff

Hello. I got police caution for shoplifting im MS. Police banned me from the shop. . I have done it for the firts time. No words to describe how stupid I was. No further charges. Shop has their own cctv and wondering if they announce to all employees the footage of shoplifters? I know one person works their as sale assistant. Does she will be notify about this kind of incident? Is my face can be shown?
