Compass debt management victim

Hi, when compass crashed I lost 12.5k. I’ve been working so hard the last few years to clear the money I owed and only have 1 last creditor PRA. I owe them about £2100 and they will not reduce the amount I owe by any more than about £50, I have paid £6 a month to them for the last 12 years. Has anyone had a more positive experience of clearing their debt with them?
