Hi everyone,
I've looked online for hours and can't seem to find any guidance on this so I wonder if someone here knows?
In a few months I will be going to work abroad on cruise ships and will be away for 9 months. I will return to the Uk for a few weeks to visit people and then plan to travel around the world before I return to a new ship contract a few months later.
I don't own a home and I won't be renting a property so I won't live anywhere. When I come back I will stay in friends' and family's spare rooms for those few weeks. I will register my bank and any other details to a family member's address. If I do this will I need to be added to council tax of their address even if I don't live there?
