Application from lender for CCA

Rather a long saga. But briefly, it involves a C/C issued many years ago to a family member, (the debt has been sold on) after many letters to the original lender and getting nowhere I decided to ask for a copy of the CCA under the Consumer Credit Agreement 77-79 I received a phone call that was allowed by the family member, the outcome was, we have sent all documents Default, the CCA to the borrower, I requested that these documents were posted out again, as the borrower maintains that they were never received, and were they sent by PROOF OF POSTING, I never received a satisfactory answer to this question. I am now in the position of how to resolve this.
