Universal credit advice

I receive u.c i dont need to work as a carer. I worked last year doing just 12 hours a week. I left and each month reported I had no earnings which is correct. I never received any in work benefits just standard allowance. I have just been asked after nine months if im still employed i said no and have reported no earnings the last nine months. My question is am i going to be procecuted or santioned even though i receive no in work benefit and dont need to work
