    Statute of Limitations & Standstill Agreements

    I issued a claim in court for professional negligence in 2013. As the total value of losses was not known at this time,a standstill agreement was agreed. This was agreed verbally but never signed. The total value of losses was not known until December 2016. Does the statute of Limitations begin in Deceber 2016?
