On the 12th of this month, in Stornoway Sheriff Court, British Gas informed The Court that it could not obtemper (comply with) Court Orders compelling it to produce "specified information" because it the "specified documents" upon which it relied in a Formal Appeal against Ombudsman Services: Energy's decision to investigate a complaint against it, had "never been written."
