  • PRA group taking me to court.

    Hi,
I need some help or advice please,
As the title says, I am being taken to court by PRA group for an outstanding debt with Lloyds bank, for the sum of £3,015.54 including court fee's
The account in question was for a current account that had an unauthorised overdraft on it, I have sent PRA group a CCA request on 13th January 2021 and received a reply 2 days later stating that they were unable to fulfil my request as current accounts do not need a credit agreement (letter attached)
I have entered my defence online to the money claim online service, I don't think I wrote the best defence, this is what I wrote:
I disputed this claim on the 13th of January 2021, I received a
reply a few days later stating that the claimant had no credit
agreement and failed to provide any other documents, so I assumed
that this claim was closed as they have provided no further
evidence for this alleged debt. If required I am able to provide
the court with a copy of this letter.
I have now received a letter from the court for the Directions questionnaire and filled this in as advised on this site and about to send it off.

Basically, I am not sure where to go or what to do next, any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
