  • Revoking DRO, what happens next

    Hello beagles
i am the claimant and have obtained a ccj and attachment of earnings but the defendant has been granted a DRO. This has been obtained fraudulently and I have lodged an objection with the Insolvency Office
for a start there is an error in the DRO application and the debts exceed £20,000. I have also objected on the grounds of
    non disclosure of assets
preference of some creditors over others
    extravagance
fraud, as he lied about bank balances and assets
All of this I can easily prove and I have sent details with my objection
My question is: if the DRO is revoked what happens next?? If he brings the debts below £20000 and reapplies I will object again for the reasons above.
