I have an old debt from 2005 with Shop direct/Very catalogue. This debt was sold to Lowell in 2015 and I have been paying £2 a month since then. I requested CCA and today from Lowell I have received an account summary from The Very group and a blank copy of a credit agreement with no details on . However, the letter from Lowell, on the reverse is what looks like a copy of the CCA with my details printed onto it but just a X where my signature should be . It also shows my old address where I lived previously when I had this account. Although, Lowell have clearly been able to access my account details from Very, I am still not totally sure that this is a legitimate credit agreement or something that Lowell have managed to put together. Does anyone have any experience of similar please ? Many thanks
