Indemnity Agreement Clause

Hello,

I wonder if anybody is able to provide ellaboration on what this specific clause means in an indemnity agreement please?

"Anything omitted to be done by or on behal of the Director in good faith or in reliance upon any information relevant to the Company winding-up heretofore or herafter obtained by or communicated to any of the indemnified Persons."

Also, is this a pretty standard clause for indemnity agreements please?
