Hi there. I entered the UK in March 2016 under a Tier 2 General Visa. I have been working in the UK since then, and this UK salary is my only source of income. I am currently going through the ILR process with the objective of settling in the UK. For most of my life I worked in South Africa(SA) and my pension is in a SA bank account . I had to pay tax when i withdrew my pension from my former employer's fund. As the exchange rate is currently the most favourable since the start of the pandemic, I would like to transfer the pension from my SA bank account to my UK account, however I do not want to run into any tax issues when bringing the money into the country. I believe that this is possible if I am considered as being domiciled in the UK, however I am not sure if i meet the criteria or not. Would you please assist. thank you. Gary
